A Time To Harvest

Well the past month and a half I have been harvesting from our little plot (vegetable garden) and from a wonderful CSA called Willow Grove Gardens http://www.localharvest.org/farms/M22195 They are Certified Organic and the vegetables are fabulous. I have been so busy with canning for the winter. So far I have canned: peaches, tomato sauce, green beans, strawberry preserves, and I have frozen apple sauce. I will be canning pears tomorrow :) I am most happy when I am in the kitchen being productive.
