Laundry Soap Making

I tend to make my own laundry s oap. It's quick and easy plus it's about .20 to .30 cents a load. 100_1501.jpg100_1502.jpg 100_1503.jpg 100_1509.jpg 100_1505.jpg 100_1506.jpg 100_1507.jpg 100_1508.jpg 100_1510.jpg 100_1511.jpg 100_1512.jpg
Here is the recipe. I always triple the recipe, if you don't want to make this a liquid laundry soap ,just omit the water and place in a container.

3 pints water

1/3 bar fels naptha soap, grated

½ cup washing soda

½ cup borax

2 gallon bucket quart hot water

Hot water

Mix fels naptha soap in a saucepan with 3 pints of water and heat on low until dissolved. Stir in washing soda and borax. Stir until thickened, and remove from heat. Add 1-quart hot water to 2-gallon bucket. Add soap mixture, and mix well. Fill bucket with hot water, and mix well. Set aside for 24 hours, or until mixture thickens. Use ½ cup of mixture per load.

Triple the recipe and use ¼ cup concentrate

Use a little as a stain remover it works great. To make this "natural" use a natural soap and the next two ingredients
